"I had 12 sessions with Tracey this year and have seen a strong positive impact in my life. I was initially sceptical to use Zoom, however the sessions were productive, supportive and comparable to an in-person conversation. Tracey has many years of experience as a counsellor. From anxiety to deep rooted family trauma, Tracey supported me every step of the way. I recommend her to anyone who is thinking of counselling. "

Hello and Welcome to Tracey Lowden Counsellor

Perhaps you have been recommended to me from my previous clients or a health insurer like BUPA, AVIVA , AXA or an EAP. Or maybe you are searching generally for a senior counsellor  and psychotherapist who may be able to help you with your concerns.  Please have a look at the information on my site and contact me via the web site, email or phone if you want to work with me. I have worked in Marlow, Buckinghamshire for 15 years, more recently have been working from Ledbury in Herefordshire and am available to clients across the UK through on-line work.

I work individually with adults, of all ages, to clarify the issues causing concern and to look at processes that can be adopted to increase life satisfaction.  All of my sessions are personalised, shaped by our work together. I help explore the causes of stress, anxiety and depression and help identify techniques to help in the short-term, and  look at the reasons that these issues occurred to prevent repeating behavioural patterns.  Many clients also like to develop behavioural activities that can increase their wellbeing.

I  work with clients on-line,usually over Zoom

I’ve been counselling for 18 years focused on alleviating stress, anxiety and depression linked with:

I do not work with serious mental health conditions or addictions privately as I believe these are usually best managed with dedicated agencies which have crisis support. However, I do a lot of work with partners, parents or children affected by a loved one’s mental health problem or addictions.

All of my work integrates Positive Psychology – the science of wellbeing.
